A cab weaves its way through the streets of Nice. It's driven by David. As one passenger after another sits in the back seat and chats with him, the back seat serves as a psychoanalyst's couch on which the passengers divulge their intimate secrets. From their confessions, whether light-hearted and amusing or dramatically moving, emerges the film's central theme: the many facets of femininity.
